The 2025 SLS Super Crown World Championship presented by BB Seguros absolutely delivered this year. From start to finish it was nonstop energy and two skaters completely stole the show. Rayssa Leal continued her insane run of dominance and Ginwoo Onodera officially introduced himself as the future of men’s street skating.
Rayssa Leal is unreal. She just became a four time SLS Super Crown World Champion, in a row. Four straight titles. Nobody is touching her right now. She put on a super clean performance and ended with a 32.6 which easily put her on top of the podium again. Rayssa is skating on a different level and every year she somehow raises the bar even higher.
In the men’s final Ginwoo Onodera showed up ready to take over. He’s only 15, but he skated like a seasoned pro today. He put together the best performance of his career so far. Ginwoo finished ahead of Sora Shirai and Nyjah Huston, two absolute heavy hitters in SLS. His final score was a 37.2 which earned him his first ever SLS Super Crown World Championship.
This year’s Super Crown had everything, legends putting on a show and the next generation making their mark. Rayssa is in the midst of one of the wildest competitive runs we’ve ever seen and Ginwoo looks like he’s about to become the next big name in SLS.
The 2025 season is all wrapped up. See you in Sydney to kick off the 2026 season, February 14-15.
