Street League Skateboarding Comes to Miami for the First Stop in the 2025 Championship Tour

SLS Announces the 2025 Championship Tour with the First Stop at Watsco Center, University of Miami on May 3rd

SLS announces its 2025 Championship Tour, featuring seven stops total – including three arena events and four all-new Spot Takeover events, a fresh format debuting this season. Each SLS Championship Tour stop brings together the world’s best skaters as they battle for the coveted Super Crown World Championship trophy. The season kicks off with its first arena event in Miami, Florida on May 3, 2025, at Watsco Center on the University of Miami campus. 

This marks the first time SLS is bringing a major arena event to Miami, making it a landmark event for both skateboarding and the city’s thriving street culture. The 2025 Championship Tour will visit major global destinations, leading up to the SLS Super Crown World Championship in São Paulo, Brazil on December 6-7, 2025 – marking the third straight year the event has been held at this location. 

“Bringing SLS back to Florida just feels right,” said Jamie Foy. “This state has been the home to some of skateboarding’s most iconic moments. Hyped to see the world’s best street skateboarders kick off the SLS season in Miami.”

Standard admission tickets start at $25, with a college student discount available for University of Miami students. For an elevated SLS experience, a limited number of VIP Floor tickets are available for $275.
