Street League Skateboarding’s 2026 Championship Tour returned to Downtown Los Angeles on April 4 with a sold-out stop at Ace*Mission Studios, blending elite competition with a full celebration of LA street culture.

Congrats to the SLS DTLA Takeover winners, Chloe Covell and Juni Kang, who both delivered standout performances to claim the top spots.

In the women’s final, Covell continued her dominance in the Takeover format, going a perfect 3-for-3 in her appearances. Known for her consistency in single-trick formats, she once again proved difficult to beat and maintained her high level of performance when it matters most. Chloe Covell (AUS) finished first, Daniela Terol (ESP) took second earning her first SLS podium at her first event, and Paige Heyn (USA) rounded out the podium in third.

On the men’s side, Kang delivered one of the most impressive SLS debuts in recent history. After earning his spot through the Wildcard Jam, he advanced to the final and secured first place with a clutch 9 Club score on his last attempt. He also recorded the highest scoring trick of the day, capping off a breakout performance. Juni Kang (KOR) finished first, followed by Jagger Eaton (USA) in second, and Toa Sasaki (JPN) in third.
